To expand the availability of SIVE, and because it's mainly aimed at end-users, having packages for as much distrubutions as possible would be great.

I (the author) my self like to maintain the debian/ubuntu ones, but packagers for all other distributions are welcome.

SIVE is a small project : packaging it should not raise big problems.
